i made 3 quilt tops

i made 3 quilt tops over the weekend but i don't know when i'll b able to post them

i took the 2 tops

i took the 2 tops into work & 1 of the girls decided that she's buying the pink & purple turtles. ill have 2 make some 4

another one for caring&sharing. the purple will be used for the binding.

strip-py quilt

this is the quilt i'm working on today...for caring&sharing. i'll explain later. the top is done and i have 1 more just about cut out. if i find some backing fabric and get out "mr. snowman," i'll be able to sandwich it wednesday night.

my time

i guess it's about my time to start a blog on here. i won't be on here everyday like some but i want to see if showing u and me what i'm doing or NOT doing....maybe i'll sew more.

i've got so many ideas, so much fabric and patterns and well not enough time. but who wants to come home from work (embroidery) and sew some more? NOT ME, well not when the machines had issues all day!

so here goes nothing!!!

binding

binding issues, this is my first time sewing binding on by machine both ways...A LOT more practice is all i can say. the back and front are supposed to match up and be some what invisible minus that i used varigated thread.

i was pinning about every inch, the binding is also glued on, elmer's school glue + an iron then pins = SECURE till u sew it on.
